4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using auto sweep, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate registration details at all times.
- Use the platform only for lawful, personal purposes.
- Not engage in fraudulent activity, manipulation of betting markets, or collusion with other users.
- Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written consent.
- Comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations related to online gaming.
- Refrain from actions that could harm, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.
auto sweep reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of any of the above obligations without prior notice.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on the auto sweep platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits must be made using the payment channels available on the platform, which may include mobile e-wallets such as GCash or Maya, and online banking transfers via Philippine banks.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available. auto sweep does not accept third-party payments — all deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own name. auto sweep reserves the right to void any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
auto sweep provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical issues. We are not responsible for any losses, including financial losses, arising from platform outages, technical failures, or inaccuracies in displayed odds or information.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, auto sweep's total liability for any claim arising out of the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. We do not guarantee any outcomes or financial returns from betting or gaming activities.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
auto sweep may suspend or permanently close a user account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.

- At the user's own request for voluntary self-exclusion.

8. Intellectual Property
